7/1/2016	Considering populating two existing, currently empty buildings on the site with nursery pigs. If one of the buildings is populated, site will expand to 999 au. I told him he would need to submit MMP showing the increase in manure production. I told him if site goes over 1000 au, that a construction permit is required, even if no construction occurs, due to the increase in manure production.	JEREMY KLATT
