6/30/2016	I called Mr. Moreno on 4/7/16 regarding the outdated manure application agreements in the plan he submitted when he took ownership of the facility. He said he would check into it and asked if I could send a list a agreements that needed updating which I did. Hearing nothing from him by 6/3/16 I called back and left a message for him to contact me. He contacted me on 6/9/16 and asked if I would talk to Steve Renaud about this matter. I called Mr. Renaud that same day and he asked that I contact ISF to get the information I needed. I emailed Del Johnston, ISF, and he replied that he would check into this matter. On 6/30/16 I received legal documents showing that the existing agreements had been transferred to GAAL LLC.	DAN BRATRUD
