6/13/2016	Brad had a question on whether FO6 would consider petroleum contaminated sand as PCS (soil). I indicated that I would lump "sand" into the same category as "soil". Brad later called back and informed me that Mick Leat of DNR's SW permitting section also agreed. Brad and I also discussed the concept of accepting liquid waste IF IF IF he got a permit amendment that would allow it and ONLY if he constructed a bulking pit like Scott Co SDP has where they have (within) the lined cell a pit that they dig, accept waste streams that otherwise wouldn't pass the paint filter test, and bulk up with CCR. Brad understands that prior to doing this, he'd have to get a permit mod.	KURT LEVETZOW
