6/7/2016	Jeff Field called at 10:15 AM and stated that they had a malfunction and an estimated 700 gallons of propylene glycol was released into the City sanitary sewer. He said they had contacted the wastewater treatment plant to let them know. I indicated that I did not consider this to be a “hazardous condition” and I would log it merely as a courtesy notification.	DAVID MILLER
