5/23/2016	Troy called asking about the upcoming suspense date regarding cleaning up solid waste and other material from around his (former) transfer station building. I explained that the date was set at 5-9-16 and that's to have all solid waste or recyclable materials that are sitting outside either: disposed of, recycled, moved inside, or containerized to get it off the ground. He commented that some of his skid-steer attachments are sitting around the building, outside. I explained that those items aren't and have never been apart of the problem....rather, all the SW and recyclable type materials dumped or stockpiled outdoors that's the problem. He said he's got a couple of his kids junk cars sitting outside that he's not planning on moving. He also said he's having to cover shingles with gravel as Cessfords out of asphalt millings. I reminded Troy that eventually, he'll have to put asphalt millings over top of the gravel. I also reminded him that I need to see the asbestos test results from the shingles he's laid down (I neglected to review them before I left the property).	KURT LEVETZOW
