5/9/2016	Date: 05/09/2016 Sender: [email protected] Note: This email is to notify the DNR that we have had an incident at the Metro Park West Landfill this afternoon. A leachate hauling truck drove off before uncoupling the pump/line and caused damages to the leachate storage lagoon liner. We will continue with the leachate disposal effort to bring the leachate level sufficient enough to assess the extent and repair the liner damage. A report documenting the liner repair work will be submitted upon completion. Thank you,	BILL GROSS
