5/4/2016	Gaylord Schelling of the Cass County Board of Supervisors called about the site survey and master matrix for Southwest Iowa Egg. The site survey has been assigned to Alison, but she was not available. Per an email from Alison, I advised Mr. Schilling that the site survey has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. this Friday (5/6/16). The county can send a representative but, due to biosecurity concerns, they may have to stay on the road. Mr. Schilling wasn’t sure if anyone from the county would attend; they are aware of the biosecurity concern. He wanted to be sure that the county was meeting their obligations. I told him that the county can send someone if they want to, but that they are not obligated to do so.	DAN OLSON
