4/18/2016	This is Dale Sunderman, Cass County Auditor. Southwest Iowa Egg is filing a construction permit application. I’m going to sign it but it’s been quite a while and I need a little direction. Give me a call at 712/254-1271 Returned call at 10:49 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2016 The applicant must submit a copy of the construction permit application to the county and obtain a signed verification of county receipt form before submitting the application to the Iowa DNR. Signing the Verification of County Receipt Form is simply acknowledging that you received a copy of the documents. Paul will send you a letter describing the rest of the process when he receives the construction permit application and signed verification of county receipt form from the applicant.	DAN OLSON
