4/14/2016 I discussed the upcoming well site survey with Julia, asking specifically about biosecurity issues. Julia stated that we will be in a "dirty" zone and therefore there are no requirements for biosecurity from Daybreak's perspective. The only requirement is not having contact with other poultry facilities for the previous 48 hours. I explained that I would meet that requirement and would also follow the DNR biosecurity policy. I described the DNR policy to her and Julia stated anything the DNR requires would be above what Daybreak would require for the location we will be staying within. DAVID KNOLL
