4/14/2016	Nick called to explain that the letter of response would be sent soon and that total chlorine has remained at or slightly above the 1.5 mg/L minimum. He asked if there is anything else they should be doing. I explained that as long as the residuals are good and there are no taste or odor issues, they should be on the right track. We also discussed the other requirements such as MOR submittals and he explained they now have a policy in place that should prevent late and inaccurate MORs from occurring in the future.
