4/13/2016	Two anonymous callers phoned FO6 today discussing their frustration with the HWY 16 facility (how bad it looks, litter in the road ditches etc), what caught my attention the most is that the one caller indicated there is still open burning that takes place at the HWY 16 location, well after dark, typically around 9pm. I encouraged the caller to take photos and log the date and time next time it's observed, and then to notify me the next day. The second caller wanted to know how Troy Sedore can continue to haul garbage and recyclables into the HWY 16 building. I explained that he can still haul waste and recyclables, but he's not supposed to dump the loads to reload into larger transport vehicles. I also explained that the facility is supposed to be cleaned up by May 9, 2016, as their was an extension given.	KURT LEVETZOW
