4/7/2016	Scott Wilson (DNR FO2) and I met with Nick Wilson at FO2 Office to discuss the multiple compliance issues with the water supply. No other corporate officials attended the meeting as requested, however Brenda Lindquist (Sparboe) was able to be reached by phone. Nick Wilson explained that the chlorinator has been broken for several months which is why the MORs were not correct. Scott and I explained that the chlorinator must be repaired and returned to operation immediately. Nick stated it would be fixed by Mort's within the next few days. It was also made clear that MORs must be accurate and must be submitted on time. We also required a new Grade A operator be certified for the facility since Nick is normally not on site. Nick indicated that Raul Rodriguez (facility manager) would likely be the person that would get certified. We stressed the importance of correcting these issues as there have been multiple ongoing deficiencies. I explained another NOV letter will be sent outlining the requirements and the potential for further enforcement action.	DAVID KNOLL
