3/10/2016 3/4/2016 1318: In response to a voice mail message left by Tom Sanicola regarding elements of the Groundwater Rule Supplement to the Bacterial Sampling Plan, I called to speak with him. His voice mail message indicated that he felt he had all he needed for the Groundwater Rule Supplement in his plan but review of the plan revealed that he did not have information on how they would determine the triggered sampling locations. When I called to speak with him it went to his voice mail so I left a message with him stating that they need to include in their Groundwater Rule Supplement how they would determine where to take the triggered sample(s).
