3/3/2016 The anonymous caller left me (KRL) a voice message regarding his concerns of compost not being turned frequently enough. FO6 Solid Waste staff discussed the callers concerns, and evidently Chamness's new IDNR issued compost permit doesn't specify how often the rows need to be turned. The new permit gives the facility the flexibility of turning as necessary with temp/moisture/and oxygen content being the determining factors. Therefore, we do not see the need to even address this with Chamness, since the caller expressed concern for his job if upper management found out he called DNR. KURT LEVETZOW
3/3/2016 I received an anonymous call stating that the compost windrows were not being turned as often as required. I referred the person to FO6. BILL GROSS
