2/26/2016	I spoke with Chris regarding manure application from the site. He did soil and manure samples and applied last fall. THe farmer paid for the manure application. Although there is no MMP in place, this is no violation as we are pleased to have someone take responsibility for the site in light of the situation and not let the pit run over. Chris also confirmed that the slurry has not been used for some time. Chris actually built the site, although not the outdoor pit which was built by Matt himself. He also stated that Matt has asked him to pump the site again in the spring as they cannot make it without pumping twice a year due to so many water leaks.	LOIS BENSON
