2/24/2016	On 02/23/2016 at ~1515 Mr. Arnold contacted the Field Office to report that they had failed to conduct the annual inspection of the backflow preventers in 2015. The purpose of the call was to report the error, and notify the department that they had contacted Ragan Mechanical to schedule an inspection.
