2/19/2016	Nick (Sparboe - Goodell Operator) called back to discuss the MOR issues that I had visited with Brenda Lindquist about earlier in the morning. I explained the issues with the continued late/missing MORs and the suspect monitoring results. Nick did not seem aware that the data on the MORs had been identical for the previous three MORs submitted and agreed it was extremely unlikely that the actual monitoring results would be identical. He stated other facility personnel assists with completing the MORs, but he does sign off on them. We also discussed that the requested written response was not received from the previous NOV. Nick was confident he sent in a response. We discussed meeting in Mason City next week to discuss these issues in greater detail. Nick will call back after he finds a time that will work with their corporate office.	DAVID KNOLL
