2/1/2016	I tried to contact Mr. Greiman on 1/25/2016 regarding his expired construction permit and for information about his current capacity. I left a message for him to return my call. Greiman had been issued authorization to use for 2 of 5 buildings that had been included in the construction permit issued in 2011 but IDNR FO2 had no information regarding any other buildings being completed. On February 1, 2016 Mr. Greiman returned my call. He confirmed that no further construction had been completed and he was aware that the construction permit is expired and he will need to apply for a new permit if he does further construction. He told me that his capacity in the completed buildings would be 1,600 head and he has room for approximately 240 head open lot. I updated the AFO database. No further action required.	DAN BRATRUD
