1/6/2016	Mr. Franken said two of his SOFEBs were within 2 feet of running over. I told him to monitor them and report to us if they were running over. This is due to all the rain this fall. He said they were ready to dewater as soon as conditions allow in the spring.	KENNETH HESSENIUS
