12/16/2015	Called with concerns about the need to land apply manure from his farrowing facility in light of recent rainfall. I told Weaver that insufficient storage was no longer considered a valid reason for application on snow covered ground. Explained the snow and frozen ground application restrictions. I recommended that he transfer the manure to one of his other manure storage structures.	JEREMY KLATT
