12/11/2015	Caldwell (Arcadis) called about a Tier 1 evaluation that he completed. He found that a DNR investigation of the former dry cleaning property had occurred in the past, and he now needs to decide if additional private evaluation is needed. We discussed the DNR records that may be available for this site. I suggested that Caldwell contact the DNR Contaminated Sites section for a review of the file. I provided contact information.
