11/25/2015	Jake called and had questions about how the DNR deals with old city dump sites. I told him we do not require anything if the site is covered and not disturbed. I told him we require SLF disposal if waste is dug up and we require sealing of leachate seeps. We also advise not to build on or near the deposition area.	BILL GROSS
