11/9/2015	Rick called with questions about their manure stockpiles. He reported that the manure is about half applied and he had concerns about runoff as there is precipitation in the forecast. He reported that a berm has been built, but the ground where the already applied manure sat is hard and flat and not likely to absorb water. I recomended that they disk the area .	JEREMY KLATT
