11/9/2015	Andy Murdock called DNR FO6 with a question regarding air quality construction permitting on an existing material storage tank (that has an air permit) and a new smaller tank they're wanting to install. Andy wanted to know what types of work could be done prior to PB Leiner being issued a construction permit for the new tank. The facility may end up not using the larger tank that is permitted and just go with this smaller tank because both tanks are hooked to the same system, therefore a new permit may not be needed and they'd just modify that existing permit.
