11/5/2015	Mr. Martin was concerned that a "water discharge" from Wellman Dynamics was to discharge in Douglas Twp, Union County, per public notice; he has land in that township & was concerned that Wellman had an additional facility. He did not know where the discharge pipe would be in Douglas Twp but did know where the outfall was in Highland Twp. I looked up the NPDES individual draft STW permit and explained the facility was in Highland Twp & discharge was discharged to a road ditch & eventually to the Middle Plate River. He was satisfied & explained that made more sense.	HOLLY VANDEMARK
