11/3/2015	Brian and I discussed the Next Tier agreement. We set up a time to have a conf call between all of his operators and Brian Lee, Bert Noll and I to discuss the DNR inspection form and what we typically look for when on inspections (since per the agreement the landfill staff will be conducting most of the future inspections). We'll be having this conf call Thursday Oct 5th at 4pm.	KURT LEVETZOW
