10/28/2015	I called Rick concerning page received Trent Lambert at 11:55 a.m. on 8/17/2015. Plymouth County Sheriff Deputy Scott Dorhout responded to a citizen complaint that Mr. Plendly was pumping manure from the open feedlot settling basin to the road ditch which flowed directly to the creek. Mr. Plendl stated that he was not pumping to the road ditch as Mr. Dorhout stated he was doing and that he was pumping to the southeast to the top of the hill. He said the basin was overflowing to the road ditch.	BRANDON MINER
