10/6/2015 Call from Mr. Buckingham regarding the NOV sent to them for second quarter effluent limit violations. He wanted to be sure that the FO was aware that PeopleService is the contract operator for the system now and that they should be apprised of this information as well. Mr. Buckingham added that they have replaced all non-working aerators at the facility. He stated that he will be retiring in December but he has two employees that have already gotten their certificates in WT and WD. He is currently looking for a WW lagoon class for them to attend so that they can be certified in WW also. JERRY JORDISON
