10/1/2015	Moellers called regarding complaint 21583 to inform the Field Office of the completion of stockpiles #1 and #2 and that they have been properly land applied as required. Moellers also stated that stockpile #3 will be completed and properly land applied this month as required. I suggested that Moellers document the area with time stamped photos for his information.
