9/28/2015	Mike Smith, IDNR Solid Waste Section Permitting Engineer and I met Laura Leigois (Muscatine Co. SW Manager) and David Phillips of Barker Lemar at the landfill to discuss a few topics prior to their SDP permit being reissued, and to tour the landfill to look at a few areas Mike had questions about. We discussed and toured the landfill, with emphasis being on boundary identification, some slope questions on closed areas, leachate tanks and hauling frequency, among others.	KURT LEVETZOW
