9/16/2015	Brett said citizens were turned away with deer carcasses last fall and winter. I called Eric Warner and he confirmed that they do take carcasses but prefer not to take whole deer (road kill). I asked Eric to remind the other landfill staff of this policy. I also discussed using wood chips for alternative cover at the landfill with Eric and said that they would need a beneficial use determination or amendment to do so since this material is not universally accepted.
