9/16/2015	Willie called regarding the status of the local limits review report submitted in Late July. After discussions with Tom Atkinson, I told Willie that if the City wants to lower the cyanide limit, the should submit a request to the DNR Pretreatment Coordinator. If DNR doesn't respond within 45 days the new limit can be implemented. No public notice is required except to read the new ordinance at the city council meeting.	SUSAN MILLER
