9/9/2015	Chris Henning: I spoke to Tim Healy about confinements. I drive 290th Street. At the intersection of Hwy 4 & e57, there is a non-matrix site. It does have an MMP. It is owned by Eric Crystal & Johnny Hamilton. They are building small sites so they can expand them into big ones. They are in Franklin 5 and Franklin 4. The farms where these were built are rolling. They can NOT be good for manure. They are too steep. Dan Olson: Mapping says that sections 4 & 5 are mostly 0-3% slope. Chris Henning: They are right out by the road. Is there a separation distance? Dan Olson: They must be 100 feet from the right-of-way unless the county waived the separation distance.	DAN OLSON
