9/9/2015	Previously unknown confinement facility. Spoke to the owner to obtain the necessary information to add the facility to the database and conduct a desktop assessment. Ryan currently lives at an adjacent confinement, which is currently owned by his father, Charles. He plans to purchase the site in the next few years.
