9/17/2009	Correspondence with Jim Wiegand and Roy Ney regarding deficiency identified in the sanitary survey. According to Jim, there is an 8" air gap between the water basin for the makeup water to the cooling system/condensers and he had discussed this with Roy Ney. He mentioned that there was a chemical feed line for anti-scaling chemicals prior to the air gap and was informed that that would still be a cross connection and would need to be moved to after the air gap. Therefore, there is still a deficiency of a cross connection between the potable and non-potable system but the cross connection is not what was initially indicated in the SS Report. Jim will be sending a drawing of the system showing the cross connection to Roy Ney and myself.	JON RYK
