You were out of the office when this occurred. We communicated with a Brian Bunton (I believe) @ DNR on 7/31/2015. Maintenance on 7/30/2015 to a finished water pH probe resulted in reduced flow to the CL17 unit. All instruments are fed via manifold with a variety of small rotometers. These are very sensitive. Impact initially was non-discernable via our SCADA system. Restoration of more appropriate flows the following AM resulted in immediate return of normal CL2 readings. Also attached is a clipped/noted image from our trending system. Mike McC JANET GASTINEAU
8/21/2015 From: Gastineau, Janet [DNR] Sent: Friday, August 21, 2015 9:01 AM To: Mike McCurnin Subject: DMWW SWTP July 2015 MOR Can you look at the Disinfection/Oxidation data page for the 30 and 31 and make corrections for the continuous hours less than 0.3 mg/L free? Looks like the 0.1 hours on the 31st should have been put on the 30th instead (since the residual reported was greater than 0.3 mg/L on the 31st). You can just resubmit the one page electronically/scanned. What caused the diminished flow to the instrument? JANET GASTINEAU
