8/13/2015	Jenny said they had sent in a letter about a month ago regarding taking the denaturant tank out of service for cleaning, maintenance and refilling. The original date projected for refilling the tank was tomorrow (8/14/15). She said it now looked like it would be the end of next week before it would be ready for refilling. She wondered if it would be okay to submit and after-the-fact letter with the exact date. I said that this would be acceptable.	GLENN CARPER
