8/10/2015	I called Perry to follow up on Lehigh Cement's sanitary survey deficiencies. I informed Perry he needed to submit his paperwork to Jane Enfield, IDNR, prior to being able to schedule a test. We did tenatively schedule a test for August 25 at 1:30 p.m. I will follow up next week to see where he is in the process, and if he can take his test on this day and time. He stated they did test the airlines on the wells and they both work. He stated they will start to take the readings on a monthly basis. They have a consultent from IandS Group helping them. The consultant will be helping them with the TCR plan and total and free chlorine residuals. The cross connection backflow devices have been ordered and will be placed in the system by the end of August.	ASHLEY WALLER
