8/5/2015	A caller phoned FO6 today to inquire about the legality of someone in Stockport dumping tires to be used as a motor cycle race track as they were then going to cover with saw dust. I explained to the caller that 567 IAC 117 regulated Waste Tire Mgt. He said he'd take that info to the city council to see if they'd require the property owner to remove the tires, and I told him if he or the city needs DNR involvement, to call back. He said he would. He said the tires came from Sedore Sanitation's building on HWY 16.	KURT LEVETZOW
