7/30/2015 I contacted Beth Broich to discuss a complaint received by the field office concern improper land application of waste. Ms. Broich stated that the plant had a shut down July 13th -20th. Denny Countryman of AC/DC Liquid Relocaters hauled "water with a little bit of corn in it" to property he owns for disposal. Ms. Broich indicated that the company had a land application permit and that Countryman's property was part of the plan. She stated that she was new and had not reviewed the permit in detail. I asked if she had seen how the land application was being conducted and she stated no. I informed her that I would send someone to investigate the complaint and review land application regulations.
