7/28/2015	1610 hrs: I spoke with Matt Cunningham of Premier Ag Systems. He informed me that his company is the general contractor for Dwayne Christiansen's CFO expansion project. Matt stated he needed to know when notification needed to be made to FO2 regarding pre-concrete pouring inspection. I explained that reasonable notification must be made prior to concrete pouring; so that FO staff can conduct an inspection if they want. However, there is no guarantee that an inspection will, in fact, be conducted. In other words, while he needs to make pre-pour notification, he does not need to wait for FO2 staff to show up, because they may not. Matt appreciated the clarification and stated he will likely notify FO2 next week when they begin earthwork at the site. I stated that I would be out of the office next week, so he should ask for another AFO staff person - any of whom can take his report.	TRENT LAMBERT
