7/27/2015	Mike inquired about this property and whether the DNR is requiring any further cleanup. I checked the file and told him that we are not requiring anything at this point, but if something is found in the future, the owner would be responsible. I told him that there are consultants that could do a Phase 2 assessment.	BILL GROSS
