7/24/2015	Alison, I recently received the attached lab reports for June 23 samples from MW 1 and MW 2 at the Essentia application site no. 2. These samples were collected as part of the Site Assessment work. Please contact me if you need anything other information. Please authorize continued land application without a permit on Site 02. Please authorize land application without a permit on Site 01. The setback stake in question (Stake 38) will be revised.
