7/24/2015	Alison, I do not recall a requirement to collect additional monitoring well samples. I did not see a requirement in your April 16 letter of authorization for monitoring well sampling in addition to the initial samples. Let me know if you want groundwater monitoring well samples collected now and we will collect samples this week. But we request that the collection and analyses of groundwater monitoring well samples not delay the authorization to continue land application without a permit. Please authorize the request for extension in land application without a permit on Site 02 ASAP. We also request authorization for land application without a permit on Site 01.
