7/24/2015	Alison, Please see my June 26 email below with request for extension in authorization to continue land application without a permit at the Essentia Protein Solutions plant near Harlan. Essentia will have the land owner agreements executed tomorrow. We will then submit the Engineering Report and request for permit amendment for long term land application to DNR Engineering in Des Moines tomorrow. Essentia is also negotiating land application agreements with additional land owners and I expect they may execute agreements for additional land within six weeks. Please issue authorization for continued use of Site 02 and authorize use of Site 01 for land application without a permit until the DNR Engineering review is completed and the permit is amended.
