7/24/2015	Allison, The laboratory reports on monitoring well water sample analyses and monitoring well location plan are attached. Essentia’s contractor plans to start land application tomorrow. The land application has been delayed due to wet weather conditions. We will request an extension on the June 1 authorization expiration date. Essentia is hauling some wastewater to City of Council Bluffs POTW. We are looking for additional land application sites and will submit a DNR permit application for all sites once they are identified. We will submit the report on application to Site No. 2 at the completion of application activities. Please contact me with any questions and discussion.	ALISON MANZ
