6/22/2015	0822 hrs: I received a call from Robin Pruisner, IDALS State Entomologist, who informed me that IDALS had received reports over the weekend that deads were popping out of the burial trench(s) at this facility. She inquired if there would ever be an instance where DNR would require excavation and re-burial. I explained that in rare instances, DNR has required that certain types of buried solid waste material has been required to be exhumed. However, I questioned whether USDA would allow such action in this case, considering the disease component of the buried deads. I stated that I/FO2 could commit to conducting a drive-by inspection to see if we could see evidence to substantiate the reports, but that any further action(s) would have to be at the direction of DNR management staff. Robin asked if she should loop-in Adam Broughton, DNR, and let him take the matter up with DNR management. I stated that I felt that would be appropriate.	TRENT LAMBERT
