6/8/2015 Tegrity Carroll from Clean Harbors called and stated they were moving two thermal processing units into Wright County today. He stated they had the proper air permit waivers from Brian Hutchins. One is coming from Sioux County and going to Daybreak Foods at 3159 Buchanan, Eagle Grove. This can do 1-2 roll off boxes per day and will be fired by contaminated combustibles at the site (pallets, wood, etc.). The other is a new unit going to “Wright 4” at 2550 270th in Clarion. This one is LP fired and can do 24 tons per hour. The process residue consists of ash and the largest bones. He said the waste was going to the Cherokee Landfill, so I went over the out of area waste flow tracking requirements. I advised him to call the Landfill of North Iowa and ask if they would take the waste. If they did not want the waste, they would release it to go to Cherokee. DAVID MILLER
