6/1/2015	Herb Clark was performing an environmental audit on Central Disposal Systems as part of a certification program. Herb found record of a recent Title V inspection I performed at the facility and requested a copy of the report. I emailed Herb a copy that same afternoon. Herb also asked what my overall impression of the landfill was. I stated that based on my observations during the inspection, they landfill appeared to be aware of the environmental requirements and were making a good effort to be in compliance.	DAVID KNOLL
