5/28/2015	Troy called to inform me that he's working at cleaning up the dumped and stockpiled asphalt shingles from the parcel of land adjacent to this house (located just NW of his residence along the gravel road). He also mentioned cleaning up the waste from the burn spot down in the timeber SE of his residence. He said that due to the pending divorce, he only received my 5-4-15 NOV just recently, and couldn't recall what the response date was (suspence date listed in the NOV). I indicated that he NOV required him to respond within 30 days of receipt of the letter. I also indicated that the date of response can be flexible, as long as he's keeping me informed of progress of cleanup, and that he should continue to work on cleaning up whatever waste remains that he's previously been asked to clean up. He said he would continue to work at it, but is daily out on the trash routes due to his hired staff either quitting or just not coming in.	KURT LEVETZOW
